Terms and Conditions 

Lessons are charged weekly and collected monthly, and will be charged 48 weeks of the year equaling 48 lessons per year. Your teacher will take the other 4 weeks holiday, that will not be charged for.

Lessons are operated as a 1 month rolling contract and can be cancelled by either party with 1 months notice.

30 Min Lessons = £25 per Lesson - £100 Per Month

60 Min Lessons = £45 per Lesson - £180 Per Month 

Payment is collected by standing order, on the 1st day of each month. Please arrange to have your standing order set up with your bank before the 1st day of the coming month. Please provide the students name as payment reference.

• Any lessons missed by the student shall be paid for unless otherwise agreed with your teacher.
• 48-hours notice must be given before canceling or rearranging a lesson.
• If you decide not to have lessons during a calender month you are required to pay for your lessons for that month to keep your space. You are entitled to cancel your lessons for that month but you will lose your space. This could result in having to arrange another time or go onto a waiting list.
• To cancel your lessons during a calendar month, at least 1 calendar months notice must be given.
• Full lesson fees still apply if cancellations are made on the day of lesson - regardless of illness.
• If the teacher is unavailable to give any scheduled lesson, it will be carried forward to another date.
• If this is not possible, any fee already paid will be used to pay for a future lesson.
• Students/Parents are to inform your teacher of any dates a student cannot make.
• Parents/Guardians are welcome to accompany their child during lessons.
• DBS certificates are available to view upon request.
